Puttanesca has been a much-loved Thermomix recipe of mine for over four years now, so much so that I had to include it in this book. I love the etymology behind the name Puttanesca, and the concept of it being a quick but delicious meal thrown together with ingredients that you already have in the pantry.

  1. This was delicious and reheated so well. It made my workmates jealous when I took it into work. Made with simple ingredients that I always have in the fridge.

  2. OMG this is delicious – my husband licked the bowl and we had leftovers for lunch – I was counting down the hours until it was lunchtime! I made it with spaghetti but will try over steamed chicken next time for a low carb option. Yum Yum Yum
