skinnymixer's American Style Burger Patties
Recipe type: Low Carb
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½- 3/4 tbsp salt (if youre using himalayan stick to ½ tbsp)
- Put beef mince, onion powder and salt in to mixer bowl and pulse turbo 1 sec/3 times to roughly combine.
- Shape into 6 large round balls and flatten using a flat plate or press.
- Grill on a hotplate or dry pan for 5 minutes each side, or until cooked.
