  1. 3 stars
I made this with frozen avocado as that was all I had in the fridge, didn’t have the specific coconut milk so used another brand, used honey instead of stevia and added normal milk. It was ok. I’ll try again with all the correct ingredients before I write it off completely.

  2. Hi, thanks for the recipe. I’ve been looking for a LC brekkie that I could eat on the way to work and this is perfect!

I used xylitol instead of Stevia (already in cupboard) and mixed everything in one step instead of two. Delicious!

  3. I just made this for breakfast as i didnt feel like cooking. It was really thick so i added more water. I could only get through half as it was soooo filling. Thanks for the recipe.

  4. Delicious! And was thick enoigh I could serve to 18 month old and it passed as yoghurt! Was also a hit with her!

  5. Could you make this the night before and leave in the fridge ready to go in the morning?
Could you use granula stevia instead of liquid as I don’t have the liquid?
    Tia

  6. I made this today and added a handful of almonds, only used 3/4 of an avo, and added banana instead of berries and if was deliciously creamy!!! (No egg will try that another time!)
Thanks for a great idea Nik

  7. YUM!!!! Yet another delicious smoothie Nik. This is so good. Loving these smoothies during the summer months. Especially when you don’t feel like cooking a hot meal. It quenches your thirst but also fills you. Thank you.

  8. Have made this a couple of times now & love it.
First time with cream instead of coconut milk, this mornings effort was with the coconut milk & I prefer it this way.
Had to make a double batch because hubby & 37 yo son wanted some s well.

  9. This sounds delicious. I go to classes today and think I may make it up to take in a bottle in case I think I may need something at the lunch break.
I’m relatively new to the LCHF regime, not strict with it but have still lost 6kgs in the last 3 weeks, best of all I feel so much better.
My question is where & how do I get the Criox Bru cacao nibs from please? I live in Grafton NSW and have never seen them here.
    Have a great day.

  10. Hi,

Would it still work if I changed the coconut milk for pouring cream/pure cream?
Not a fan of coconut milk/cream…

    Thanks.

      1. Excellent!

Trying it in the morning, minus the avocado cos the 2 year old are it today…

Thanks for getting back to me… 🙂

  11. This was brilliant! I had it this morning and my liquid of choice was just plain old water but mixed with all the other deliciousness – brilliant! And I wasn’t hungry again til 4pm! Another great recipe from you! Thank you – it will be my new go to. Brilliant, brilliant, brillliant!
