Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh ricotta - from the service deli, low fat or full fat
  • 10-20 g honey - or liquid sweetener of choice, see tip for granulated
  • 5 g milk of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Insert butterfly whisk to mixer bowl, add all ingredients and whip for 20 sec/speed 4/MC on or until well combined. Note: If using the lower amount of sweetener, feel free to taste and add a little more if not quite sweet enough. Blend for a further 20 sec/speed 4/MC on.

Notes

If using a granulated sweetener or low carb sweetener like xylitol, we recommend 10 g powdered in a dry mixer bowl for 20 sec/speed 9/MC on before proceeding with the recipe.
