skinnymixer's Super Skinny Cabbage Salad
- 200 g red cabbage large rough chop
- 200 g white cabbage large rough chop
- 20 g fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 15 g whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 drops of liquid stevia or 1/2 tsp honey
- pinch of cracked black pepper
- Add all ingredients to mixer bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on. Scrape bowl down and repeat if necessary.
- Eat fresh or recommended to refrigerate for at least a few hours to let the flavours develop.
Serves 4 on HCG Protocol. Less than 30 calories per serve.
