Yum!! Had this for dinner with a few changes. Doubled it for our family and baked it in the oven as I was in a hurry & wasn’t sure if the varoma would take a double mixture. The texture on the egg is divine, I might just add some S&P next time. Served with baby spinach and added some avocado and sweetcorn to the salsa to make a real family pleaser. Will make again for sure, nice & easy to prepare.
