OMG. I was totally blown away by this recipe. So much flavour and it made so much. I paired this with the Lamb cutlets out of Healthy Mix 1.
Can the recipe be doubled in a TM5?
Tefal CC Tips: Cooking quinoa is identical to rice, same method and same amount of liquid. So just use the CC rice recipe using absorption, no blade and in the bowl directly and scale the water accordingly. You can use the CC steam program, you don’t need to go to as high a temp as in the TMX, 100C is fine. You might want to add a touch more water because if the carrots. Holy wow. I was a bit sceptical when I first made this because in the past, all the quinoa I had tasted was quite bland. This recipe is anything but. I am so glad I gave it a go, it’s absolutely delicious!! Will definately make it again.
