Ingredients

  • 40 g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 80 g rock salt

Instructions

  • Add porcini mushrooms to a very dry mixer bowl. Mill for 30 sec/speed 9/MC on.
  • Add rock salt to mixer bowl. Mill for 30 sec/speed 9/MC on.
  • Store in a jar in the fridge for at least 12 months.
