Thermomix Steamed Banana Puddings

This popular Malaysian dessert, usually found wrapped and steamed in banana leaf, is a beautiful way to finish off the night. With very little sugar compared to traditional banana cake, it also makes for a great addition to the lunch boxes.

  1. These are absolutely delicious and super simple to make, I had mine with cream – they are also good cold!

  2. These are delicious! Used up left over bananas.. Was so quick and easy! Will certainly be making them again.. 🙂

  3. These are just delightful, beautiful flavour. Light and seriously yummy.
    Made them with almonds.

  4. Easy & yummy, do yourself a favor, don’t wait as long as I did to make these. You won’t regret it.

  5. Made these for dinner party of 13 to go with curries main course. They were super easy to do for a big group and everyone loved them. I find it difficult to match a dessert with Asian/Indian mains – I don’t personally like a lot of the usual options but I really liked these. I made with almonds and loved the nutty/ friand type flavour and texture.

  6. So easy to make, and taste amazing’served them with mango lassi whip recipe from ALTOI ‘a match made in heaven

  7. These have just skyrocketed to the top of my go-to list for quick, easy, delicious and healthy (seriously, there’s a fair bit of banana in there!!) sweet treats. Wish it hadn’t taken me this long to make them! Thanks Nik, yet another winner xxx

  8. Have made these a couple of times now, super easy and delicious, a toddler and husband agree!
