Ingredients
  • 150 g | 5.3 oz dried apple slices or rings
  • 300 g | 10.6 oz whole traditional oats
  • 80 g | 2.8 oz coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 50 g | 1.8 oz sugar of choice (I used coconut)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C or 375°F, and lightly grease + line a medium sized slice tray.
  2. Add dried apple to a dry mixer bowl. Chop for 3-4 sec/speed 6/MC on or until finely chopped.
  3. Add oats to the apples and chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and combine for 15 sec/speed 3/MC on.
  5. Press mixture into prepared tin and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting.
Notes
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
Freezes and defrosts well.
