  1. I’m on a ‘no chocolate before Easter’ ban. Just tried the Banoffee smoothie (chocolate version as cacao doesnt count!). Didn’t have ice and I doubled the chia seeds. Really delicious and kept me full until lunch time.

  2. I love this a slice my breakfast. Quick, easy and delicious. I don’t seem quite right if I don’t get my banoffee smoothie if a morning. Very versatile recipe too and can be adapted for personal taste.

  3. Delicious and as always versatile.
You can swap the coffee for cocoa – instant chocolate frappe or as is for a thick and creamy coffee frappe. I add a little more ice to get the desired consistency. Absolutely perfect in a travel mug on the journey to work and the choc one for dessert whilst snuggled up on the couch. Thanks Nik X

  4. I’ve made the coffee free version heaps – love it. I start with most of my ingredients frozen (banana pieces and some of my milk frozen in cubes) so it’s really thick and chill

  5. Love! I use a little coconut rough butter instead of coffee if I’m making it for dessert or the kids. (the kids ask for it!)
I’ve had it every day for lunch this week, and it’s enough to keep me going til dinner with no sugar crash mid afternoon. Thanks Nik!
