Thermomix Coconut Rough Butter

This Coconut Rough Butter healthy Thermomix recipe is not your typical weight loss food, but it’s fantastic to have a teaspoon on a slice of apple if you have a sweet craving.

Health food gurus talk about nutrient dense foods so I figure if you are going to eat something naughty – let it be packed full of goodness.

This recipe is definitely a popular Thermomix recipe from my new cookbook ‘The Healthy Mix’.

There are also full nutritional panels for all the recipes in the cookbook for those watching their calories.

  1. I made it but it’s very crumbly. Is it supposed to be more creamy and if so any suggestions? It still tastes great but cannot spread it.

    1. 5 stars
Maybe repeat step 2 for a little longer? I did 3 bursts of 30 seconds.

I thought this was delicious treat. Very easy to make.

  2. I love this! It took a while to make in my Bellini as I had to give the machine lots of breaks but it came together. The best way to eat it is straight off the spoon!

  3. I wish I could eat this (can’t do cashews) but my 2 year old who can’t have hazelnuts loves it on her toast instead of the high sugar Nutella. Thank you!

  4. Super Delicious. I add a spoonful to the Banoffee smoothies if I’m making it for dessert instead of coffee. YUM!
I was a silly and put the coconut in too early, so I added the same amount again when I was supposed to and it was great.

  5. Has anyone tried to make this with something else Then the almonds? I really need something lower in calories but still Good enough for a chocolate craving. I thought of bananas? I’d love to hear about anyones experiments!
