  1. I don’t know why I waited so long to cook this. We had it with local Jewfish. I had to cook it an extra 6 minutes to get the fish perfect. The rice was done perfectly in the allocated time! Will be making this again very soon. A beautifully balanced meal

  2. I rarely eat fish and cook it even less, but figured I haven’t gone wrong yet with your recipes so I would give it a go. It turned out beautifully, enjoyed by all, looked lovely and the rice was perfect as well. My two year old granddaughter sat up straight after finishing hers to tell me “very yummy Nan, thank you” and fell straight to sleep!

  3. never really cooked fish before (I know right??) but decided to have a crack at these and OMG!!!! So easy so delicious so addictive! Mine even looked good!!!! Thanks for another winner Nik! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  4. This is really delicious and is now one of our regular meals. All the kids (9,11 & 14) love it with the rice but it’s even more delicious with the caulirice.

  5. I rarely eat fish, I never cook it, I do not like it when I do… but these are delicious!! A definite regular on our menu now. 🙂
