Most of my previous books have had very popular Cauliflower Rice recipes in them. Based on extensive feedback, for those families that are unable to (or choose not to) indulge in traditional fried rice, this Chicken Cauliflower Fried Rice will be a hit!

  • garlic
  • brown onion
  • eggs
  • chicken breast
  • carrot
  • frozen peas
  • bean sprouts
  • soy sauce/tamari or coconut aminos
  • Chinese five spice
  • spring onion - long green ones

  1. Guilt free fried rice without that sluggish bloated feeling. Even fussy partner loved it. . I added extra vegetables as I couldn’t pick which ones to add.

  2. Absolutely delicious! Made this today for lunch and it was so easy to prepare.
    Notes for kogan tb2 and bellini intelli users – after cooking for prescribed time, remove the rice component and cook for a further 10 minutes 🙂

  3. This is delicious – I would certainly recommend it for those keeping carbs to minimum. It’s also very versatile – instead of chicken breast I just threw in some leftover BBQ chicken in the last 10 minutes. I think it would be great with some bacon as well. The recipe made enough to fill my thermoserver, plus one extra serving! Highly recommend!
