Granola Thermomix Recipe

Sharing is caring!

Granola is such a popular breakfast option, and I am regularly asked where the Skinnymixers version is. What I love about this Thermomix recipe is the ability to use whatever combination of fruits, nuts and seeds that you prefer—as well as the option to break up the granola or to leave it in clusters.

    1. Hi Maureen, it is recommended to keep in the fridge to keep it as fresh as possible, but it does depend on your climate etc… 🙂

  1. I can’t believe this recipe doesn’t have more reviews! It’s so delicious. I use dried apricots for the dried fruit component and leave the coconut sugar out; its sweet enough with the apricots! I have also frozen this in single portions as it has egg in it and wouldn’t eat it all within a week (it makes heaps!). It defrosts really well, I have both microwaved it to defrost and also just let it defrost itself, and I eat it on top of Greek yogurt with blueberries; sooooooooo good. This recipe alone is worth buying THMIII for!

  2. Absolutely love this granola! Made the low carb version as we are keto and it’s sooo good. Thank you 😍

  3. This is delish!
I changed up the nuts as all we had was almonds and walnuts! Absolutely amazing!
    My kids are devouring it!
    Also cheap and VERY healthy!
    Thanks Nik! Another winning recipe!
