THMVI: Japanese Fish Bake

Tray bakes have always been a popular way to enjoy Skinnymixers recipes and there is something ultra comforting about the flavours mingling all together. This would have to be my favourite one to date, and not just because it gets my kids eating all of their fish and veggies without a complaint. The flavours are complex and the different layers of textures make this a very special dish.
