THMVI: Jam Donut Baked Oats

Baked oats are a viral trend right now, but the recipes typically have a lot of sugar and butter in them. I have tried to come up with a compromise that still tastes amazing, while being conscious of excess consumption of fats and sugars. What I love most about this recipe is that you can switch it up with different flavoured jam swirls every time.
