THMVI: Rich Chocolate Mug Cake

This recipe can be credited for a significant amount of my weight loss achievements over the past 8 years… for the simple fact that when I was craving something sweet and couldn’t ignore it, I would make this recipe. It produces a rich gooey single serving cake that banishes all cravings. I’m not sure about you, but if I have a whole cake in the fridge I’m guaranteed to eat way more than I intended to!
