THMVI: Not Butter Chicken

Anyone who is a Skinny knows that Butter Chicken is the recipe that changed my life forever, but when I created this recipe I had the same overwhelming feeling that I had just created something revolutionary for us to enjoy. This recipe doesn’t replace the authentic Butter Chicken found in A Little Taste of India, but it is a quick much lower calorie alternative that is designed to be flavourful and with the added twist of 4 hidden veggies for added nutrition.
