The Coconut Curried Sausages has been the second most popular Skinnymixers recipe for 8 years, but I have always carried a little guilt as it's definitely the least skinny recipe I have created. I thought The Healthy Mix VI was the perfect opportunity to revisit this classic recipe with a healthy spin of homemade sausage meatballs.
