skinnymixer's Chai Crio Brü

- 1 cinnamon quill
- 1/8 th tsp cardamom seeds or 1 cardamom pod
- 3 cloves
- pinch of ginger powder
- 50-70 g raw honey
- 500 g oz water
- 300 g milk
- 100 g Crio Brü granules
Add cinnamon and cardamom to mixer bowl, mill 30 sec/speed 8/MC on.
Add remaining ingredients, cook 10 min/80°C or 175°F/speed 3/MC on.
Strain liquid first with a mesh strainer, then french press for silky smooth consistency.

This just might top the skinnymixer's Bulletproof Crio Brü as my favorite way to drink Crio Brü. This is adapted from the chai tea recipe which comes with the TMX.
This serves 2 but you can halve the ingredients for one.
You can substitute milk for coconut milk for a dairy free version!
Use blunt blade for this recipe.
