Bold flavours abound in this delightful healthy summer dish which will be an instant hit on any prawn loving table. I haven’t always loved prawns, but this salad is seriously flavour-packed! This zesty salad also lends itself to poultry and is perfect cold or warm.

  • Greek yoghurt or Greek coconut yoghurt

  • raw prawn meat
  • baby asparagus or large asparagus
  • Southern Style Bay Rub or rub of choice
