  • 150 g whole gherkin of choice from a jar (we used sweet sour, if you opt for a sour gherkin, we recommend adding 1-2 tsp sugar)
  • 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese room temp, cut into cubes
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 10 g dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 pinch white pepper


  • Add gherkins to mixer bowl. Chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30 sec/speed 4/MC on.


This will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
