Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp sea salt flakes or kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • tsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl.
  • Combine for 5 sec/speed 7/MC on, scrape mixer bowl down and repeat.

Notes

Low Fodmap: Replace onion powder with dried chives and add 1/2 tsp extra sugar + 1 pinch dried sage.
