skinnymixer's Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt or Coconut Greek Yoghurt
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large pinch cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Add garlic and chop for 3 sec/speed 9/MC on, scrape mixer bowl down and repeat.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for 20 sec/speed 4/MC On. Scrape down mixer bowl and around base.
