A Little Taste of Mexico: Guacamole

While in Oaxaca, Mexico, I had the pleasure of undertaking an amazing cooking class with a local Chef in his beautiful home. Among many things, he taught me the secret to make it creamier. This recipe uses a single large ripe avocado so that you can increase the ingredients in proportion to how many avocados you have at hand.
