Ingredients

  • 700 g watermelon flesh
  • 200 g chilled water
  • 40 g fresh lime juice
  • 40 g white sugar or light coloured sugar of choice

Instructions

Thermo cooker

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl. Blend for 30 sec/speed 9/MC on.
  • Slowly pour mixture through a sieve, occasionally discarding the pulp to help it pass through.

Conventional

  • Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend for 30 sec.
  • Slowly pour mixture through a sieve, occasionally discarding the pulp to help it pass through.

Notes

You can enjoy as is, top up with extra water or top up with sparkling water.
