Ingredients

  • 100 g ice
  • 400 g frozen bananas
  • 500 g milk of choice
  • 50 g LSA Flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 pitted dried dates

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to mixer bow. Blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on.
  • Divide into 4 glasses and enjoy.

Notes

It’s very easy to scale the recipe down to make 1, 2, or 3 serves, if you don’t need a big 4 person batch. In saying that, it also makes for a very delicious ice block if you freeze it!
