Golden Vegetable Mash

Ingredients

  • 250 g pumpkin cubed small
  • 250 g sweet potato cubed small
  • 100 g carrot cubed small
  • 50 g cream of choice
  • 30 g butter cubed (dairy-free if required)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Add 1000 g water to mixer bowl. Add vegetables to steaming basket and insert into mixing bowl. Steam for 20 min/steaming temp/speedĀ 4/MC on or until cooked.
  • Discard water. Add steamed vegetables to the bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix for 20 sec/speed 5/MC on.

Notes

Serve with Creamy Dijon Chicken & Greens.
