Instructions
Add garlic, parsley & mint to mixer bowl. Chop for
3 sec/speed 9/MC on
. Scrape bowl down and repeat.
Add remaining ingredients and combine

Form into preferred burger sized patties (makes approx. 4-6) flatten and grill, pan-fry or BBQ.
To Cook on a Smoker:
135°C or 275°F until 71°C or 160°F internal temp.
