THMVI: Super Seeded Breakfast Bars

My former go-to packaged breakfast bars have now been superseded. Nuts and seeds are nutritional powerhouses, and with the addition of psyllium husk these are a great way to start your day. I recommend experimenting with the combination of nuts and seeds, and you can add chopped dried fruit to the mix too.
