skinnymixer's Creamy Garlic Sauce
Creamy Garlic Sauce in the Thermomix is so easy and delicious
- 3 sage leaves
- A few fresh thyme leaves
- A handful of fresh parsley
- 6 garlic cloves peeled
- 60 g butter cubed
- 60 g cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Add fresh herbs to mixer bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 9/MC on. Scrape bowl out and set aside.
Add garlic cloves to mixer bowl, chop for 4 sec/speed 6/MC on. Scrape bowl down.
Add butter and cook for 5 min/steaming temp/speed 1/MC on.
Add cream, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes/steaming temp/speed 2/MC off. With 30 sec remaining, add in fresh reserved herbs.
Serve immediately over cooked meat, roast vegetables or seafood.
