Spicy Feta Dip (Tirokafteri)
- 1-2 cloves garlic peeled
- 1-2 birdseye chilli roughly chopped and deseeded if you dont like too much spice
- 300 g Danish feta cubed
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 50 g roasted capsicum
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
Add garlic and chilli to mixer bowl. Chop for 3 sec/speed 9/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down and repeat.
Add remaining ingredients and blend for 10 sec/speed 5/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down and repeat.
You may like to taste and add a little extra red wine vinegar to balance your feta.
