Spicy Feta Dip (Tirokafteri)

  • 1-2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1-2 birdseye chilli roughly chopped and deseeded if you dont like too much spice
  • 300 g Danish feta cubed
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • 50 g roasted capsicum
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar


  • Add garlic and chilli to mixer bowl. Chop for 3 sec/speed 9/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down and repeat.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for 10 sec/speed 5/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down and repeat.
  • You may like to taste and add a little extra red wine vinegar to balance your feta.
