  • 1 small banana frozen or fresh
  • 250 g milk of choice
  • 1-2 shot espresso or 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water
  • 25 g PB2 powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder or 15 g tasteless collagen
  • 10 g maple syrup
  • 20 g rolled oats
  • 4 cubes ice

Thermo cooker

  • 1. Add ingredients to mixer bowl. Blend for 2 min/speed 9/MC on.

Conventional

  • 1. Add ingredients to blender. Blend for 2 min.
