Thermo Cooker
We recommend starting with minimal sweetener and adding more to taste after blending. You may find your fruit is very sweet and doesn't require any sweetener. You can always add a little more and blend to combine.
Add all ingredients to mixer bowl. Blend for 30 sec/speed 9/MC on.
Slowly pour mixture through a sieve into a large container or jug, occasionally discarding the pulp to help it pass through.
You can enjoy as is over ice, top up with extra water or top up with sparkling water (or alcohol of choice!).
Conventional

Slowly pour mixture through a sieve into a large container or jug, occasionally discarding the pulp to help it pass through.

Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, give it a stir before serving.Low Carb: Use equal parts cucumber and water in the recipe and add compliant sweetener to taste.
