Ingredients

  • 100 g milk of choice
  • 100 g frozen blueberries
  • 50 g frozen raspberries optional
  • 80-150 g ice depending on thickness desired
  • 50 g cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt (dairy-free if required)
  • 20 g maple syrup (sugar-free if required)
  • 10 g vanilla paste or vanilla extract

Instructions

Thermo cooker

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl. Blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on.

Conventional

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Blend for 1 min.

Notes

Freezer Friendly: Freeze as icy pole.
Halved/Doubled: This recipe can be doubled. Blend until smooth.
