Spicy Karaage Seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp shichimi togarashi
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp fine salt
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne depending on spice level
Instructions
Thermo cooker
- Add to mixer bowl and blend for 20 sec/speed 3/MC on.
- Sprinkle over hot karaage chicken to taste.
Conventional
- Add to small bowl and mix with a fork to combine.
- Sprinkle over hot karaage chicken to taste.
