This is my version of Bibimbap, a humble Korean rice bowl with marinated beef, rice, vegetables, egg and an incredible sauce. This recipe uses beef mince to keep costs down and it mixes with the rice perfectly! It has a few elements but you can prepare the seasoning and sauce in advance to save time.
