My Dad’s Fasolakia was often simmering away in the kitchen during my childhood. This Greek Bean and Potato Stew is simple, extremely cheap to make but still very hearty. I like to top with crumbled feta and I’m quite partial to adding some fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon!
