THMD4: Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Salad

While the Lani has been back in the kitchen and actually made this delicious protein-packed jalapeño ranch sauce inspired by some videos that she had watched. It was originally for a Sweet Potato Burger but evolved into a delicious shredded chicken salad bowl. The macros in this meal are perfect for meal prep and you can adjust the chilli to your liking but it adds a beautiful vinegary flavour to the dish.
