THMD4: Mexican Lasagna Stack

This is a fantastic dinner to prepare ahead of schedule and cut a slice to serve with some toppings or salad. It is especially great to have for easy lunches the next day. My daughter absolutely loved this one and my son requested I make it again without corn and beans... Feel free to adjust to your own personal preference.
