Sticky Sweet & Sour Pork is one of those takeaway classics that always seems like a good idea…until you see the price and realise it’s mostly deep-fried batter. This version is a lot lighter and far better value. I like using budget cuts of pork and baking the pieces in the oven instead of deep frying them. You still get that sticky, glossy sweet and sour sauce, but without all the oil.
