THMVI: Essentials Green Smoothie

I was so resistant to the great 'green smoothie' trend of the early 2000s that I held off on writing a recipe for 8 years! Recently I started introducing low fructose green smoothies into my breakfast routine to ensure I get enough goodness into my diet, but buying them from my local cafe costs a fortune. Cue the Essential Green Smoothie - named as I have tried to pack as much nutritional goodness into a cup without the added sugar.
