THMVI: Shakshuka Baked Eggs

These baked eggs date back to the 16th century Ottoman North African region and I think any recipe which can survive centuries is worth bringing into the 21st century with thermo cooking. Shakshuka is a fun way of saying 'baked eggs' in Arabic, and this is a beautifully spiced, hearty meal that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
