THMVI: Broccoli Salad

Raw broccoli salad is the way many of us were first introduced to the wonders of Thermomix with our very first demonstrations. I thought it would be great to do a healthy spin on a raw broccoli salad with bold flavours.

  • Greek yoghurt or Creamy Mayonnaise
  • kale leaves or baby spinach
  • lemon
