Guest Recipe: Thermomumma's Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 360 g water lukewarm
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp dried instant yeast
  • 600 g bakers flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your fan-forced oven to 220C.
  • Add water, sugar, yeast, flour, salt & oil to mixer bowl. Mix 15 sec/speed 3/MC on.
  • Knead 6 min/dough function/MC on.
  • Place dough onto an oiled or floured bench & divide into 4 x 250g portions. Shape into balls.
  • Roll out bases nice and thin, then top with sauce & toppings of choice.
  • Bake til nice & golden.
