Guest Recipe: Thermomumma's Pizza Dough

Instructions
Preheat your fan-forced oven to 220C.
Add water, sugar, yeast, flour, salt & oil to mixer bowl. Mix

Knead
6 min/dough function/MC on

Place dough onto an oiled or floured bench & divide into 4 x 250g portions. Shape into balls.
Roll out bases nice and thin, then top with sauce & toppings of choice.
Bake til nice & golden.
