Notes

Variations:
In the book there are specific Beef and Vegetarian variations. This curry is also great with Chicken (add in the last 10 mins) and Goat.
Slow Cooker Tips:
Do up to step 4 in TM then add to slow cooker with 1kg beef. Low 8 hours. Add in cream at end.
