Guest Recipe: Lalas Kitchen's Creamy Lemon Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 tsp chicken stock concentrate
- 200 g water
- 3 garlic cloves peeled
- 60 g oz butter
- 1-2 Tbsp paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 6-8 chicken thigh cutlets with bone left in
- 120 g double thickened cream
- 30 g grated parmesan cheese
- juice of one lemon 40g or 1.4 oz
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 60 g baby spinach roughly chopped (but I left mine whole!)
