Nuts and Bolts
- 2 cups pretzels
- 120 g raw pistachio kernels
- 120 g raw macadamia nuts
- 120 g raw cashews
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Queen of BBQ Chicken Rub
- 1 large pinch salt flakes or kosher salt
Preheat oven, smoker or BBQ to 180°C or 350°F. Line a large metal baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl combine pretzels, nuts, olive oil and rub. Toss well to ensure even coating.
Spread evenly over prepared baking tray, bake for 15 min stirring every 5 min or until evenly golden and crisp. Season with salt and set aside to cool completely. Store in an airtight jar.
